Pia Jochem is an email marketing and CRM specialist at Saphiron. She currently works with companies such as American Express, TUI and Zolar, drawing on more than seven years of experience in agencies, start-ups and the consumer goods and fintech industries.

With her great passion for customer experience and customer loyalty, she explores how AI can contribute to a better customer experience and, at the same time, more efficient work processes in email marketing.

Alongside her work in industry, the trained psychologist also teaches advertising and consumer psychology, most recently at Heidelberg University.
